I have come down with a cold and sinus infection due to my poor resting habits.

You needn't say sorry at all.I and my friends here in Finland.We are all with you.We never leave and let you alone.We are together in many ways.Among ourselves almost all my student friends gathered little moneys as donation for victims in Japan to the benevolent institution here in Finland.I hope It'll be little bit help.

Be strong and never give up.I'm sure a beautiful sunny and happy day will come back to Japan.
