Yes, the "simple, elegant, beautiful" and "I remember everything" parts are swoonworthy, but... it's the part where Pacey looks up where I begin to melt, because he clearly knows something's up. He has no idea what it is yet, but he's concerned for her. I would've liked to see his expression when Joey looked at him at the end.

Just seeing how they went from completely getting on each other's nerves to holding each other soo closely is what's really touching. lol The past is the past and in the past they could barely tolerate each other but then things happened, feelings grew, they were destined to be brought closer together and now, in the scene, it's about spending a few minutes of pure happiness together. lol :)
