@rockgor Seward Community is part of the city of Minneapolis. If you travel down Franklin Ave. (20th) or Cedar Avenue you'll bump smack dab into it. The Loft used to be there, and as far as I know the Seward Co-Op and Hoffman guitars are still there. It might be popular because of the location near the busy intersection of Franklin and Cedar. Aves. Indian population also exists in this area and Circle newspaper related to Indian culture. Other than that, I don't know very much about it.
