This is a much better lesson. Honestly not useful for me but good job. Atleast you explained the chords and the open b and e thing was pretty cool. The other lesson though man, you really should consider changing the title to beginner strumming technique.
this is not really advanced.. intermediate at most.

This is cool, it's like a third chord formation type. You have Open, Barre chords and The hybird open string chords.
