#1 is Gino Simone, he's going to WSU. The two of them played together since 4th/5th grade and they have a really good connection on the field. He was by far the best WR they had that year until the playoffs when #86, Kasen Williams moved up to varsity. In 2007 nobody could stop Jake to Gino, so they kept doing it. In his 2008 highlights theres a some better variety.

A couple reasons that Jake Heaps would likely win the Heisman and championships at UT is the Pro Set there and the large receivers they're recruiting.

Also, Monte Kiffen's defense will keep Heaps on the field. The defense last year was great and this year's recruits are scary including 5 star Janzen Jackson. Heaps could also bring some teammates with him.

I live in Washington and have seen Heaps. He is the real deal.However, nothing in life is gauranteed.He needs to put on some weight and strength will be an issue in College and in the pros.I am not referring to his arm strength.Also, he has great receivers that will catch anything he puts up.Unless he gets bigger, division 1 linemen and backers will pancake him and coverage will be much better than highschool can present. Simone his receiver is a stud. It will be interesting in college though.

#1 is Gino Simone, and Jake has been throwing passes to him since they were in 4th and 5th grade, so you can't blame them for going with what works. This year will be a great year for Jake and the passing game at Skyline. Gino will still be around as a senior, and Kasen Williams was absolutely incredible last year when he only got a few real reps in the finals, and he'll only be a Sophomore. Jake will be very comfortable with his recievers this year and it will be a great showcase for him.
