I always find it disturbing that even though Glados voice actor is over 40 years old(probably closer to 50), you give her a body of a 10-year old...

Her official character is an immortal robot that's likely centuries old by the end of Portal2. This fan-made character appears to be about 18-20 judging by anime-style standards. So... I can't find your point. What does it matter how old the voice actor is when the point is the character?

Because when i think back on every anime where the main characters are 14-16 years, they look older than that fan made character. And the age of the voice actors can be heard in his/her voice.

Just imagine that Sean Connery was doing the voice of pre-teen boy in some movie you can think of, you wouldnt find that strange? That was my point.
