Fighting robots is so easy with Alex and Zero. For Alex: super jump behind a robot's laggy move then power bomb or StunGun Head Butt. For Zero: Hadenki spam and teleport or Keep jumping in the air and firing your Z Buster.

@Pico0 It's just online mode, nothing special. You can play with 2 small characters or one large character! :D

@GIR177 Lightan scrub? You do know he is the worst character in the game, if anything anyone fighting him is a scrub just running away the whole match because Lightan can't chase very well.

Since Lightan has very little options in battle compared to others it's expected to not see him pull of 30+ hit combos like the rest of the cast can, just because he is big and does high damage doesn't exactly make him good or easy to play.

@GIR177 I guess, however I myself as a now Tatsunoko noob (only got the game like yesterday xD) have deliberatly picked him BECAUSE he is the worst character in the game (for options anyway).

I always like to do this for fighting games as it's more challenging to mould myself to characters like Lightan, Tager and even Dan from street fighter.

Plus people can't exactly say "OMGZ Dan is so cheap and broken! Fuck low tier!"

@TheBoredomOtaku I'm sort of the same way. Except for me, I love using less used characters. I have the Japanese version as well as the English version, and I always main Hakushon Daimao, along with Saki. And in MvC3, my main is Hsien-Ko, and soon Shuma-Gorath. There's just a feeling of satisfaction you get when you beat someone with a "low tier" character.

In my experience, when playing against giant robots (note: it may not work for everyone) but it's always helpful when your character throws projectiles or shooting lasers. However, for me, and against G. Lightan I tend to attack while in the air. I dunno it helps me so I prefer to do aerial attacks.

With PTX-40A it's.. a lot more tricky since he throws a lot of annoying projectiles xD

Why does the KO always go by fast at the ending of an online match in this game? lol Same thing when a partner dies.
