Thanks for this recipe. Question lang,'yong bamboo shoots mo na ginamit canned yon di ba? I find them smelly ang bamboo shoots na nasa can dito. Can you suggest kung ano ang dapat kung gawin first? Kasi kahit hugasan ko, still smelly pa rin.

yup korek medyo matapang ang amoy ng nasa can gaya nyan... kaya wash it with lemon... pero after mahugasan at after ma cook yon medyo ok na sya...

Peach, thank you so much for the suggestion. Naghahanap kasi ako nag makain sa umaga. I'm not a morning person kaya tamad akong kumain sa umaga before going to work, but I realized lately that I have to, for health reason. So with this ham and cheese recipe this is really perfect for breakfast I guess. Also 'yon oven way of cooking, perfect talaga. Thanks again for doing this and thank you din to your husband.
