Love your step by step instruction! This video has proved invaluable as I review to prepare for my Tai Chi class (Yang Form 8). Wow, I just attended my first Tai Chi lesson locally last evening and it was the cloud hands movement. While beautiful to watch, it is quite clumsy and awkward for the total beginner to figure out. So did a search on YouTube for Tai Chi cloud hands and I found this totally awesome video on the movement. I will be watching this again and again and practicing it until it looks as smooth and wonderful as demonstrated. Thank you so much for posting these videos! This is fantastic!
