You have some serious talent. Maybe you should talk to someone who is more into graphic design to help you out. When you release a stable version I will be all over this.
I'm a really bad 'artist' I've just used some of the graphics from a MythTV Theme. It's easy enough to alter the appearance / graphics though. The latest version I'm working on is more of the black/glossy appearance of AppleTV. I know its still copying, but I'm working more on the functionality than the looks at the moment as they can be changed quickly later.
