San Diego, Not such a happy place if your homeless

Never been to San Diego but everyone says they have perfect weather. I have thought about moving there, but after this, I'm outraged. We need to take care of American citizens first. To think that prisoners are better cared for. D thought has crossed my mind, that I'm surprised d homeless don't commit crimes just to go to jail for basic needs. I think about cold climate cities n d homeless. What do u think?

@Niv6548 Don't move to san diego, housing rates here are awfully high causing the rise of homeless people, Most of them coming to san diego to find work, more and more people are taking risks and moving to Tijuana Mexico due to the low housing there. It's a shame that one of cali's most prestigous cities has been reduced to this.
