ummm no offense but you must not been in this hobby very long...There is nothing wrong with the size of the tank he has those fish in..Some fish are active swimmers and some are not. The tank he has the fish housed in is actually correct. There is plenty of open space and the over flow boxes are not taking up space it's completely wide
and on a side note!!! if he's able to keep a copperband fish and it looks that healthy this guy knows what he's doing.
