EVERYONE knows how to get recon dumbass. theres NO possible way to get recon without being 1: bungie employee. 2: player that does something cool, and gets bungies attention. or 3: gets it from a bungie day or other contest or event.

i have a program that decodes the lock on the armor permutations so yah i can get all armor except bungie chest. it does actually work but you have to use it on an acoount without xbl or you get a perma-ban. anyway, its another way to get recon :)
