I'm sorry to hear that! Hair loss can occur even if you are taking all your vitamins and proteins. The body starts pulling protein and nutrients from hair follicles to feed other parts of the body. Some people have bad loss, some none at all. You might try Rogaine or Nioxxin to try to get your scalp and hair healthier to stimulate new growth.

Yes, I can tolerate it. The portion I drink is 1/2 a serving which has less suger. The sugar in the product comes from the milk from what I understand.

After "talking" with you I am getting very excited about scheduling surgery! I just need to get my parents on board now (they offered to help pay for it). I think they would PREFER I had surgery in the USA, but I think if I can show them how safe it is... they will agree that it would be a good money saving option. PLUS a "vaca." in Mexico would be a nice reward for making it through this HUGE life changing step. :)

Thanks! I am not sure how I missed that one ;) One other questions I had was how long total did you stay in Mexico? Did you add extra days to what they include in the "package" and if so, how much did that cost? Would you recommend staying longer than what is included in your package? I am really thinking Mexico is going to be the way to go for me at this point, so I am trying to get all the advice I can get!

Hehe :) I stayed in Mexico for 10 nights total. 1 night before surgery, 4 nights in the hospital, 5 nights at the hotel. I added 1 extra day to the "package" and I believe it was about $90. I was actually up and going outside and walking as soon as I got out of the hospital so I would say the 9 nights is definitely enough. One of the doctors at the hospital came to the hotel each day to check incisions, etc. Hope this helps!

Oooh! Yum! Have you tried either of those yet? The protein liquid at the beginning was Bolthouse Farms Perfectly Protein Mocha. You can get it by the juice at Wal-Mart. The stuff rocks, and makes the shakes taste great.

I have not bought the Cookies and Cream simply because I tried that flavor in another brand, and it was too desserty. As far as the strawberry goes, it rocks! I add all kind of stuff to it (bananas, yogurts, white chocolate SF syrup, pineapple sf syrup....) I really like it. It is a nice change from chocolate or vanilla! Plus it is cheap.
