Śrīmad Bhāgavatam is an ontological study of pure devotional service from beginning to the end. From what I recall, Murgan is not mentioned in Śrīmad Bhāgavatam.
But Kṛṣṇa mentions him in Bhagavad-gītā 10.24:
Of priests, O Arjuna, know Me to be the chief, Bṛhaspati, the lord of devotion. Of generals I am Skanda,(Kartikeya, or Murgan) the lord of war; and of bodies of water I am the ocean.
Hare Rama! Please accept my fallen obeisances. All glories to Guru and Gauranga! Where in the Srimad-Bhagavatam can I find more information about Lord Murgan? Do the demons also have a military leader? I was suspecting they are led by Sukacharya. YS. Robin

Sukacharya is their Spiritual Leader.
