I cant tell you how great it is to have watched this episode, thank you for posting it. It is proof that TVO has always been amazing. For anyone wondering what the theme song is, it is truly a great tune, by Brian Bennett called "One Girl and her Dog".

I'm a big fan of ragtime and I always enjoyed the theme song during the years this was aired. As I was watching this video, the thought occurred to me that this rag might have been written and/or played by John Arpin. The music is not credited, unfortunately. There is a good chance that I'm right, because Arpin was often the pianist behind the background ad lib piano playing on TVO's Polka Dot Door. I'd love to know what the theme music is called.
