Depends on where u from. You should never buy a Skyrunner and other china crap. I am living in Germany and use 7Meilenstiefel. They count as the best ones... I even got 9 months warranty on my stilts... Just be ready to pay like 500$ for good ones...

And no, they are not bad for your knees. Make sure u use protection. A pair of jockstraps are even better.

You can practice your flips on the beach or some glade with herbage in the nearest citypark...

Remember to wear protection!!!

they dont take pain off they only increase presure on the body so i'd say no :( sorry m8 all these things do is make it x4 harder to do thngs but funner... so no its a "no" for using with knee pain.
