can you please explain to me why you dont have to warm up for body weight but you have to with weights machine. the answer would be cause its easyer to do say press ups over barbell bench press. how does this work with wide grip pull downs please? people do warm up sets then working sets with machine. but people who are new to weight lifting they can do body weight pull ups with out warm up sets even though its more harder for them? its confused me ? injurys? help please answer this time

the 30 grams max protein uptake theory only counts for whey on an empty stomach. If you add some starchy carbs like cereals with fibers, they whey protein digestion will already get slowed down, allowing you to get more than 30grams without peeing/pissing it out. The same counts for almost all other proteins, because they're almost all slower than whey.

@MrHanibal2009 Glad I came back to view the comments. Yes, I was involved in steroid use over a decade ago b/c of my accident, they were prescribed for my recovery. Watch my Range of Motion video for a full accident story. I took them for a few years afterwards. I have not taken them in over a decade now and train with more INTENSITY than I ever have with continual results well into my 40's. Believe in yourself brother. Anything is possible. I am chummy I was fat (from 9 years age to 13) ... but I am quite well built for 18 years age (my forearms & arms, chest, and legs especially [I was fat and I started a serious plan for legs, I done a lot of leg press since 14 years age to lose from that enormous fat from my legs, and I developed big legs, meaty, with a bit of fat but strong])

can you do a video about what to do when your about 10-12 % bodyfat and you cut out all your complex carbs and all you eat is protein fats and veggies and you still not losing weight .what do you do a that point to lose weight if thats not working.
@JamilELBarbir Try and do wristcurls and reverse wrist curls with a light weight, like 10-20 pounds for 30+ reps,that will make them grow. I had the same problem / still have small wrists but decent size forearms.

My over all musclemass is great, I m hapy with the wide his,shoulders,arms but the tiny wrists make me feel weak no matter how large my biicep are..
