Sorry, but this is not an acoustic version, is the beautiful sound of the Gibson Les Paul Custom of Paul, and the single-coil hollow body guitar of Daniel. The 3:35 riff is clearly from a electric guitar and the 4:05 riff is a electric with tremolo. Unfortunately Interpol has never done anything acoustic. Correct me if I'm wrong.
@fmejor88 Youre obviously right, but this is how its called on Unknown Pleasures and was lackin creativity :) what would you suggest? just "Interpol - Mascara" or "Interpol - Mascara (Rare studio version)" ?
