At 1:45 he talks about the waving wich is the same as the moella! Also i dont think you should use a pillow to practice on, as teddy campbell says it will ruin up your playing when you get behind a kit.

Do it with both hands tho... I got the feeling that because I only do it with my stronger hand (right) I had to exercise my left hand much more...
No one ever talks about it (guess why lol) but I think this does in fact play a huge role...
