este vehiculo es una mierda. lo digo por el problema que sufria constantemente.
el recalentamiento del motor. a cada rato se prendian fuego. le teniamos que poner las aletas de entrada de aire para que ayude a refrigerar el motor!!!!

Thanks God VW 'bus' was discontinued!!! It wasn´t designed thinking of the comfort and security of passengers or driver. Passengers and driver is the most important issue to design any vehicle. More important than cargo or gas economy.
That looks like a Brazilian Kombi - which was actually a T1 (split window) with the front and rear of the T2 (bay window) - a giveway is the small side windows...
@joh2 - this is the argentinian Kombi which was produced from 1982 to 1990 and which differs in some details from the brazilian version: bumpers with plastic edges and wheels with hubcaps as known from the european T2 - but not from the brazilian Kombi.
@joh2 - other differing details are the load area from the Pick-up which is also as known from the europan version, but the brazilian version has had a bigger one and the Van´s name Furgón - the brazilian Name is Kombi Furgão and the Bus version is only as Luxury-Version available, not as brazilian Standard version with leatherette seats and without side panels in the interior.
...assai simpatico!!

Ah, Argentine and Brazilian buses with their bay-bus fronts and split-bus backs...the duck-billed platypuses of the VW kingdom. Freaky and cool.
