I am his Mom (Sylvia Cheehy) remarried, Maun was a wonderful Child & an Awesome young Man. He joined the U.S. Army at only 17, this is what he felt his calling was. I had to sign for them to take him 2 weeks after his H.S. graduation. Not what I wanted to do. He was a Great Son, Dad, Brother, Friend! Maun with his Great sense of Humor, I hear his wonderful Laugh, and that Smile! Wow! I really miss his "I Love You Mom" I hear them in my mind. I Thank God for Memories. Miss & Love you! Mom

Im sorry for your loss, i met him at Fort Stewart, we had many fun times together. Playing poker, talking about our childhood, playing with our guns. until he let his gun fire upon my face, which got in my hair and had to wash it out. Before his child grew up he splashed many a children over my face. and for that i will miss him RIP
I served with Maun for over 3 years at Fort Stewart. He was a great guy and I will miss him very much. He was a brother in arms and that makes him a brother for life.
I was Maun's stepsister at one time...and I only knew him as a child growing up...but I will never forget his sweet smile. This was a wonderful tribute.
