Where did you find this style of Kyak? I live in Ontario and am intersted in purchasing a Hobie.

@lordcrobar - it's a friend's boat, so I don't know where it was purchased, but I found a couple of spots online:

Jenda - near Ottawa

Fogh Marine - Toronto

The Mirage drive system is pretty cool.

It's an Olympus Stylus 1030SW: waterproof to 10m/33feet; made to withstand a drop from 6.6 feet, crushproof to 220lbs; freezeproof to -10C/14F; 10 mega pixel.

There is also a float/strap available so you can literally toss it into the water and it will float at the surface. Like any point-and-shoot, it's not SLR quality, but then I don't have to lug my Pelican case and SLR around. Great cameras.
