The opening scene around 1:13 when BJ is driving on that beautiful stretch of highway, right over that bridge...that's Bixby Bridge in Big Sur, CA. I live in Monterey just minutes away from Big Sur. The Dukes were on at 8:00 pm Friday night on CBS right after the Muppet Show. I don't remember what came on at 9:00 pm but I believe Dallas came on at 10:00 pm. I was a bit of a tv junky to remember that much 30 yrs. later but it was a good time to be a kid.
