it's not an arpeggiator, it's a pad sound that is being gated by the step sequencer of the ER1. All Elektribe units can do this via the audio input.

@bbow73 well, that's only true about the er1, ea1, and es1 as far as I know. I have an emx1 and it cannot do that.
