i do 20 of each exercise before i got to sleep every night and when i wake up in the morning and then right after lunch before dinner! is that goos? am i gonna be sore in the morning?
@ItsNotMeItsSammieZ You're gonna be sore, but thats awesome! It'll hurt at first, but as you build muscle it will become easier to do without becoming sore.
@justinbieberbabe454 The best thing in this video that will help with your stomach would be the crunch exercises. So that would be like when you put your legs in the air and lift your butt, or when you do the regular crunches :)

Im just starting to work out everyday. Im doing your workout. Great video. Im skinny but hav a fat stomach i hope that it will help it get flat.
