I really love these Futurliners....although I prefer the look of GM'S remodeled version that continued the Parade Of Progress after WW2, and ran until 1956.

One very similar vehicle from the ornginal 12 is for sale and refurb in July of 2009 at a price tag of $600,000.

town called Rättvik in Sweden, it was a
HUGE project and very rusty and the owner a Swede sold tickets for people
to look inside, what a fascinating site.
The owner told me that it will probably
take him up to 10 years to finish this
project wehicle.

The only thing i know is that some guy bought it and took it here and that he's planning to restore it over 10 years.

the guy bought it from a california collector that has 3 I think. And shipped it to sweden a year ago
