the original Budokai is where its at... and that game was developed by Dimps. same people who will be developing Burst Limit.

The reason why I think that the Budokai style is way better than the Tenkaichi is because the Budokai is way faster and more entertaining on Tenkaichi all you do is charge and use energy blast but in Budokai it's completely different you are always hitting your enemy non stop.

Budokai 3 is certainly no slouch in terms of speed, but Tenkaichi 3 makes it look slow in comparison. Granted, the actual control input in T3 isn't as complex as that of B3, but I think that's a good thing -- it leaves more room for mind games instead of tricky execution which only creates barriers to entry and appeases "hardcore" gamers who for some reason like doing tricky execution combos. If you want tricky execution, play Guilty Gear.

The BT series is just different. I like both series. Budokai is more challenging as far as gameplay goes. I think both had pretty equal graphics by their third incarnations.
