You may think that it is just a little truck but it's engine produces a huge amount of horsepower that enables it to push the plane.

in FSX aircrafts move reverse by itseft.

Reverse thrust is the blowing out of wind from the engine to slow down the speed of the aircraft. It is used only in landings. Yes, in FSX the aircraft reverse by itself because that is in a simulator. In the real world, that little truck is used to push the aircraft out and align it before receive other instructions from the ATC.

99% correct but in rare cases where the airport doesn't provide a tow truck, pax planes would and do use reverse thrust to push themselves out from their gates. Northwest DC-9s are caught doing that on youtube.

Pulling? The little truck is pushing the aircraft to be exact. Aircrafts can't reverse by itself.
