@dragster178 Actually, the way to maximize your score is to never make tetrises at all, but it's boring:

Clear one line at a time using single combos (clearing two single lines back to back, then breaking the combo). This gives you bonus points without reducing the amount of cleared lines needed to reach the next level (which doubles, triples, tetrises, T-spins, and 2+ combos do), so you can maximize the amount of single combo bonuses you get...

@dragster178 (cont'd) ...On the last line (or as close as you can get) before each new level, perform a T-spin double or triple. Each new level starts with a fixed number of lines to clear, regardless of how many lines you cleared at the end of the previous level, so finishing each level with a T-spin line clear maximizes the points you can get in each level.
