@anjumkha, yes, you are absolutely right. I am sold on the way the song both begins and ends - though it is Kalpana, not Rajshree.

In the film, she is delighted to get back her clothes as well as what she believes is the letter she wrote him.

Watch the lilttle (celebratory) dance she does at the end, with matching music.

As well as a wonderful tune, these little subtlities turn the song into a true marvel.
