FYI a Keloid, at least in english, refers to when skin cells within scar tissue "refuse" to stop reproducing. Making it literally the best possible title for this concept.

@2DrewPeanuts While a Keloid is disordered scar tissue, the way the title fades out seems to highlight "ELOI" -- a clueless and carefree civilization of elven people from HG Wells' novel The Time Machine -- afraid only of the dark, for they are cared for and cultivated as food by the subterranean Morlocks.

Possibly even more fitting to this concept.

However a whole bunch of film maker wannabes have adopted the technique as some sort of "style". Japanese made CGI is better because THEY SHOW YOU THEIR WORK with long drawn out scenes so you can have time to look at EVERY LITTLE DETAIL.

Good CGI quality, fantastic art, however it sucks............here's why

The idiot who filmed it went totally "Michael Bay" on us. Each shot was only 2 seconds long, blurry, flippy camera, fuzzy, etc. You could not see what the fuck was going on. This "scatter" style is used by film-makers to confuse & disorientate the audience so they do not see the obvious flaws in the scene. It's a "Cost" saving measure.

@6evorev6 It's called a trailer. The shorter it is and the faster they can get the point across, the better. Any movie that has a long trailer that takes several minutes to explain usually sucks. And there were no flaws in any of the scenes, I don't know where your getting that.

Movie may be nice, but this trailer suck big time. Voice is almost indistinguishable (and I know Russian), video has too many scene switches, I can't concentrate on anything. Trailer usually uncovers some story, which is not true in this case. 3/10.

@diser55 The point of the trailer was to make it discreet to make it more interesting for the viewer. If the trailer takes time to explain everything, then why watch the movie? The trailer would have already given away the movie and most of the story, making it seem less exciting for the viewer. As for the Russian, it was just fine. Your stereotyping Russians by saying this doesn't sound like Russian.

If anything, they look a little off just because they are all moving the same exact speed. Almost like the cars are on a conveyor belt. I'm curious as to how you did the LED display on the recorder and how much of the video was done in post-production.

@magnetictheory - Not necessarily. The render times might take forever, but that doesn't mean it's not CGI. Search youtube for "The Third & The Seventh" for a good example of how insanely real CGI can be.

Is this the entirety of the short film referenced in the video summary? In that case, I can't see how this is based on the AI Box experiment. The AI Box experiment is about an AI in a box, a gatekeeper and a simple text-based terminal, through which terminal the AI convinces the gatekeeper to let the AI out.

In contrast, in this short clip we see a robot squad infiltrate a a warehouse with mannequins and antique recording devices.
