@wendypape Hi Wendy, I am experimenting with Coconut Kefir with grains but right now could only find milk grains and have been trying to find some healthy water grains as I'm not sure this is working for me. Can you email me at zed_oz at hotmail if you have water grains that can withstand posting.

Thanks for the product review! I've been pondering making coconu kefir and today I will make some FO SHO!! I will definitely order the Body Ecology brand as soon as I use up the Yogourmet Kefir I have.

if you left the body ecology one to ferment a little longer it would probably be more bitter too because the bacteria will ise the sugar for food. nice review!

Can you ask your local grocery store to carry young coconuts? Awesome review, now I want coconut kefir.
