Why is the name Manny in this video?

Everything is awful. First off, if you move forward, your front foot should move first. If you go backwards, your backfoot moves first. Since youre a righty, moving to the right, your right food moves first. You also shouldn't be sliding your foot, especially when you punch. Its supposed to be a strong, quick step. I don't even want to get into your punching mechanics. Shit is too horrible looool. Change the title you punk.

Youre pretty good, but if an opponent seen this it would be pissed, ive seen alot of mistakes in your work, like you bring your back foot to forward then throwing the single right, leaving you off balance.. also you should punch infront of you not downward all the time.

i can see that u haven't trained in boxing properly, but taking that into consideration, u do it quite nicely. just keep in mind that u work on footwork and body movement more than on punches, like someone already advised before me. think of the shortest path to the head and the body and combine them based on ur strategy, like head-body-head and then away with light jabs. ur footwork should accompany each and every punch. mayweather does a smart job on it. hope this helps :)

you've got good balance and form......just a suggestion......loosen up the shoulders and let the hands go, they dont have to be power shots each time and maybe a lil more head movement, bobbing and weaving after countering....you gotta remember when you punch your opponent is gonna punch back so you have to imagine your iopponent is countering back at you.
