WOW this was well done to be able to bring two different animes together in such away while unfolding a story!!. Just to add in shes a bounty hunter in her story and he has a HUGE bounty on his head in his story which is why i love the whole scene on the stairs where he notices his wanted poster and scribbles over it :P

the first time i saw this amv , it wasn't the winner but i thought just how incredible the editing was, it literally shook me how good it was edited to make it seem like the same anime :D I second this, it deserves to win .

I never rly look trigun all the way trough, and haven't seen an episode of Cowboy Bebop so i thought it was an ova of trigun or something xD.

Do people not understand that vash the stampede has NEVER been in a Cowboy bebop episode? Not to mention the love story created between Fay and Vash; and the cards are all edited in. To my knowledge fay has never kissed anyone in cowboy bebop. While doing all of this, it retained the main "feel" of both animes into one while their styles were completely different. no words can describe how good it is. (not to mention who the hell hasnt seen cowboy bebop or Trigun, 2 of the best animes ever.

I'd have to say " [Akross Con 2011] AdverseShooter - Get Fucked Up " was far better than this amv. GFU was one of the best I've seen since Nostromo's AMV last year. Also " [Akross Con 2011] Shades Of " (on the Akross Con website) did a far better job of editing and sync. It looks as if they made this video in a few hours or so (not saying my music videos are the best nor am i implying that mine are better than this one, I'm just giving my opinion on this odd observation...).

@Nevistrix Just going to point this out, although it's likely you've got it already, that this meshes two anime: Cowboy Bebop and Trigun. As in, the two main characters NEVER interacted together in any anime, since they belong to completely different shows. It's thanks to the editor that it makes it look like it's all one cut from a single show (which never existed).

In the history of Akross con were awesome amvs, particularly the winners, every time I watch them, I do it gladly. But this video . . . I think I will never watch it again. Even the two characters are from two different animes, and effects, and etc, I say the music is terrible, and don't like to watch it, in any case, congratulations to the winner.

I haven't, but from what I can tell from the other AMVs in the contest, people seem to be editing in small parts from other shows to create a completely different storyline to whats in the actual anime.
