Doing lighting is a very difficult job for loads of reasons. I'm happy to say as both a musician and lighting technician, in this case, the lighting technician has a much harder job than the singer and tbh beyonce isn't that great so im sure he or she is just as/ more talented than beyonce.

@ChrisH124 I've been in a situation where someone fucked up the lights, and you know what... if you as a person on stage notice it, that means the audience notices it, and they didn't pay for a fucked up show. So yeah, whoever wasn't paying attention is getting fired. That could cost her money.
@ChrisH124 they made one mistake. consider the pay of the tech guys compared to her earnings and its nothing. you also probably dont know that they may have less than 4 hours to rehearse and probably about a day to set up all of the equipment in the first place. also think about the amount of responsibility lighting and sound operators have. one mistake could ruin or end the whole show!

And btw stupidos, we know the light was already on, she said "LIGHTS!" because it was supposed to go off at the start of "I'm a diva.." as her costume was supposed light up. Beyonce wouldn't handle a technician who makes a mistake that way but this is a live performance, a tour, and the song is "Diva", which means Sasha just had to whoop someone's ass haha
actually....if you look into it, she wanted the lights to be cut that way her lighted costume would be the vocal point....but the lights guy had the lights going still - and all the work she had put into the costume was going down the drain

@ChrisH124 I've been in a situation where someone fucked up the lights, and you know what... if you as a person on stage notice it, that means the audience notices it, and they didn't pay for a fucked up show. So yeah, whoever wasn't paying attention is getting fired. That could cost her money.

@ChrisH124 they made one mistake. consider the pay of the tech guys compared to her earnings and its nothing. you also probably dont know that they may have less than 4 hours to rehearse and probably about a day to set up all of the equipment in the first place. also think about the amount of responsibility lighting and sound operators have. one mistake could ruin or end the whole show!

And btw stupidos, we know the light was already on, she said "LIGHTS!" because it was supposed to go off at the start of "I'm a diva.." as her costume was supposed light up. Beyonce wouldn't handle a technician who makes a mistake that way but this is a live performance, a tour, and the song is "Diva", which means Sasha just had to whoop someone's ass haha

actually....if you look into it, she wanted the lights to be cut that way her lighted costume would be the vocal point....but the lights guy had the lights going still - and all the work she had put into the costume was going down the drain
