Bleach Manga Review

I've read up to volume 9 and I found it pretty boring, particularly the fight with Jindanbo the giant. Can someone please tell me if it gets better after that?

@bobx9000 The story and characters do progress, there are times when it seems to hit what can be known as the "anime stride", this is where a manga or anime, especially an action one, relies on a similar set up for fight scenes to stretch or pad out the story, Bleach, DragonBall Z, Naruto, they all do it

Well I have to say for the manga Bleach started out amazing it kept being really good but in short time all the bad guys started having stupid deaths and finally for the Aizen battle it was the most boaring battle ever nothing but repeative stuff. I also have a problem with the manga because it never has backgrounds. But the anime pawns the manga in a flash mainly because the fights are longer and they have backgrounds!

would you suggest this series to someone who is just getting into manga and anime?? i get easily hooked into series but my cousin wants me to find him something that i think he would like. i havent been able to read this series yet so i have no idea what its about. loved ur review and makes me want to read it now

It has a great story, plenty of action, drama and comedy. It also has a few bonus things.

I would definetly reccomend getting the whole set.

bleach isn't that long for a modern shonen series. for example, naruto is over 40 volumes now. keep in mind that there are other manga series that have gotten to over 100 volume, heh

I know, while I was in japan I saw that One Piece is past volume 120, Case Closed is past volume 60 and there was one manga I cant remember the name that is now past 300

i just recently started reading comics, but i have read watchmen and just finished reading crisis on infinite earths. i hope to learn alot by continuing to watch your videos

No promises on learning anything.

But I do my best to give my subscribers and viewers the information they want , the only problem is summarizing a storyline as big as Bleach, it took me a couple of tries to get it right and even then I hated how I left a few minor things out.

Not nearly as bad as if I did the review from Japan, the original japanese mange are way ahead, when i was in Japan about a year ago, I was reading case closed , in america, we were up to volume 20, in japan, they were up to vlume 60

The review was very well done and very informative, thank you! I am currently up to Volume 5 on Bleach an am trying to Buy 1 volume per week. I am also up to date with the English Dub version of Bleach when the Vizords or Vizards are first mentioned.
