  • This is a good video, has give me some good ideas. One question though. What is the theory behind the movement sequences? It looks like pullx3, pressx2, pull, press, core, cardio. Would it not be better to switch between pull, press, pull, press etc?

  • ahaha! the sumo squats fast forwarded looks like lady gaga's dance move from poker face :P

  • Great Job!

  • Great video, I love the variety of exercises. Given me some great ideas for my clients. Thanks

  • I love this routine!! Well done. How many times a week should you perform this??

In the video it says Round 3..does that mean there are 2 more to complete?? Any chance of posting if there is?? Thanks alot.

  • Video was intended promote a GROUP circuit CLASS with a realistic first timer demonstrating. This is NOT a personal training session where you have time to scrutinize form. Based on the concept "Risk and Benefit" she is working with weights of low risk to produce an effective amount of benefit. I could be stringent and spend 4 hours on improving her form, Realistically these days clients would rather pay trainers for a good workout not to be corrected all the time and made feel inferior.

  • FAKE!!!

  • What is fake?

  • wow!!!! i love this! thanks! :-)

  • realistically, unless you had the whole gym to yourself, this isn't possible

  • This was designed for a group workout. There are 10 stations, each person at a station, after 1 minute a whistle blows and everyone rotates to the next station. So realistically it's possible for 10 people at our gym.

  • sensational stuff mate,great exercises,really well done!

  • Its a very good combination of complex movements to burn calories.

  • this is a decent circuit. good shit

  • man this type of full body workout is the best for loosing pounds. I lost 2 pounds this week alone and the best part is that you never have to do the same workout every day, you can just pick and choose a few of these exercises and combine cardio in the end.

  • Awesome.

  • cool
