To those who are upset about the penguin being dipped in the paint...it is non-toxic and not harmful to the animal. They wash it off before it dries as well. I used to work at a zoo and they did this sort of thing for charity to help fund the research of these animals. It's not cruel at all.

If I were to have been a judge in this episode in particular on this show, I would've abstained from my giving a score based on this showing by Mr. Patrick the penguin, as it's not a talent whatsoever at all for a critter to walk around reasonably aimlessly happening to have had paint on some of his or her limbs.

Sorry, Patrick and Erin, but, in this case, it could have been any penguin, or any critter at that, including a silly, lively, energetic little human baby or toddler.
