NO,NO,NO!!!!! It,s not tagetes!!!! I can,t remeber the name. It grows in norway in the spring, about a half a meter tall and has leaves almost like millfoil. The floweres are little, yellow buttons in clusters. What are they called in English?
Two things. Please,PLEASE do not eat ANYTHING you first have,nt checked out is edible. My mom poisoned us when I was 10 cooking up zucchini leaves. We lost 5 pounds overnight and were lucky to have survived! Next. I absolutely must tell you about tagetes. It,s a yellow, flowering herb that should not be eaten in large quantities but... use a half a teaspoon of the leaves, finely chopped in a crepe batter. Use them as sweet or savory and i garintee you,ll LOVE them! Trust me and try!
Thanks so much for all your Jamie Oliver uploads. I was always an admirer but thanks to you I've watched enough of his tv shows now to call myself a fan. Cheers and keep it coming! :)
This is really the business - thankyou so much for uploading. I'm not normally Jamie's biggest fan but this series has got me - an ex-pat in Germany - totally excited. More power to your elbow.
any good guides on the net, which popular flowers u can eat in northern, central europe? some kind of guide with drawings, photos and descriptions how the taste is like?
