Try to take off with the nose up a little and use the throttle to raise or lower the nose.

@bobsagetlaget I can only answer for me. There is less mess, no tuning and less noise. If I lived out west where there is more open land, I would get a nitro. Here in the east coast, there are too many people and houses everywhere to run a noisy nitro.

It has a vxl motor and a mamba max esc. The batteries were trinity nimh 4600...which I happily replaced cause they suck.

i love my stampede,i jump t all the time,my body shell is stuffed though but everything else is good,the truck is mainly stock except for steel diff gears,ez run brushless,vxl bearing carriers,metal geared steering servo and alloy servo saver,the shocks,arms,chassis etc are stock,it started life as an xl-5 and is now vxl spec runnin 2 s lipo and goes real hard,look up my videos,brushless stampede jump

Thans, The Pede was pretty tough but not indestructible. It has been morphed into a Rustler with monster truck tires. Its the best of both worlds now!

I have Venoms and 1 good Trinity battery and the Trinity is so much more powerful!

Kudos on your Rustler conversion. Im thinking about doing the same. Its nice to know that I can have a Pede again if I change my mind later :)

Very nice video. Your 6cell NIMH packs perform like my 7cell NIMH packs. Probably because you have Trinity and I use Vemon LOL. And good on you for the Mamba ESC. I may do that eventually too. Especially since I converted my Stampede to a Rustler and want to use a 3s Lipo eventually. The Mamba Max works better with Lipo voltage cut off and other things.

Thank you! It is easier to land the big jumps because you have more time to correct. I hope the park dept. dosn't take away my bashing ground...well it is their dirt.
