Its ok to have those little snacks, as deprivation makes your diet harder... 1. eat smaller portions of your addiction (except for the diet coke) 2. don't feel guilty after over indulging just get back on your horse and keep on keeping on 3. to not over indulge simply add it to your diet, use your fave food items as dessert so a quarter of your cookie or a small bowl of chips and eat it early so that you give your body enough time to work it off... well later, hope this helps
