  • when i watched this movie, i wanted to be a paleontologist. This always gives me chills whenever i listen to it :)

  • I remember when I was five and watched this movie. I am gonna tell my children to watch these movies... excluding JP3.

  • saw it when i was like 5-6.. i remember being scared of the raptors .. especially the kitchen scene .. where they go after the kids ... i was hiding behind mom

  • Das erinnert mich immer wieder daran wie schön es als kind war mit dinosaurier fantasien und dem Gedanken einmal einen echten Dinosaurier zu sehen :-)

  • 0:54....did anyone else feel the shivers go down their spine?

  • Makes me want to be a five year old again.

  • hands down John Williams' best score

  • 04:29 *__*

  • @Miniminy That's the point. The time he gave is one second after the music stops. In other words he wanted it to keep on going. I agree with both of you. :)

  • wunderschöne melodie

  • I remember loving to watch this as a child and still, to this day it remains one of my all time favorite movies.

  • M A J E S T I C

  • i love jurassic park

  • I like how after all those joyful and uplifting melodies, this sort of eerie and creepy atmosphere creeps in. Almost as if to remind the viewer that even though they got away, the dinosaurs are still alive on the island. Brilliant. Just like Anakin's theme from the Phantom Menace in the very end, when it gets kinda creepy and you hear vader's breathing in the backround..sends chills down my spine. =)

  • Great memories, I dont know why soundtracks have that power to bring you back to childhood

  • good times...... man I feel so old now give me childhood back

  • John Williams, please conduct my life while Morgan Freeman narrates it.

  • I cry whenever I hear these awesome themes by Williams. His music is just GOLD.

  • I actually have tears in my eyes :'), only this and Hedwig's theme have that effect on me :')

  • i love this melody

  • Melhor filme e melhor trilha de todos os tempo!!! I am from Brazil!!!

  • Good quality!!

  • i hate the part at 7:55

  • @potterbond Get a life, the whole thing is good.

  • What's the track that it plays when they're finally escaping the island in a helicopter called?

  • Awesome!

This movie brought the fascination of dinosaurs to me when i was young!

Watched it the very first time when i was 5 or 6 years old.

A beautiful soundtrack and one of the best movies ever made which reminds me of me childhood.

    Thank u Steven and John!

  • Yeah ! We reached to 1000 likes :)

  • How can we dislikes those songs ?

My best friend is a deaf and he still like it

  • 2:00 - 2:45 is my personal favorite part of this song

  • ~ They're moving in heards....they do move in heards....

  • When little kids said i want to grow up to be a doctor, a pilot , a fireman.

I said i want to be a dinosaur. love this film

i know it inside and out

    thank you steven spielberg

  • @MATERNATION92x ahahahahah me too!!:D

  • I DO NOT see how anybody in there right mind can dislike this...this is amazing... im fairly sure the people who disliked it didnt even listen to the song :/

  • I like that at 7:15, at the end, after all those joyful and enthusiastic tunes, there's that little creepy part, as if the music is saying, 'yes, it's all very beautiful, but pay attention: life and nature cannot be contained...' quote: Dr. Ian Malcom. He was right from the beginning. I just love him.

  • well if thet is true i coome wait i LOVE jp move and games i bought all games abaut dinosauros :) the latest was turok:)))))

  • I just love the part from 1:16, I see them flying to the island for the very first time when I hear this

  • Thumbs up if you could hear the brachiosaurus roar at 3:17

  • I never saw the movie, I didn't expected much of it. But last week I thought about giving it a try to see what the movie was actually about: I was blown away. I never expected how great the movie is. I feel ashamed I haven't seen it before.

  • the best

ENORME Jurassic Park!

  • It's sad to say that but.. The best movies were made in the past (maybe except Avatar) Today there are hardly any movies made which are nearly as good as Jurassic Park 1. And: In my opinion Jurassic Park 1 is still the best part from all parts (maybe even JP4)

  • @nurtester1 .... Wait. Rewind. Jurassic Park 4? Is it out? Really?!?

  • @IzzieAlice no, jp 4 is in progress now, they say it might be released in 2012 or 2013.

  • this reminds me of me and my dog on a hunt ! running through the woods, enjoying the smell of nature. looking to my left and seeing my dog enjoying himself like he never did before. i ll never forget that, and i ll never forget the best dog in the world, i ll always be with you, amen.

  • 7 people were eaten by T-Rex

  • My childhood :'(

  • @DarkToxic112 Mine too.

  • @Silver54ful dude I'm 14 and this is 1000000X better then the shit music I'm supposed to like these days.

  • @sthfan007 It's not just tweens or teens that are obsessed with it. Regardless of age, I'm still puzzled what people see in that type of music. What's more, I can't fathom how anybody couldn't enjoy John William's score. It has a unversal quality to it.

  • i can has nostalgia :D?

  • How can someone dislike this?!

  • @roofrivervelly It's those bubblegum pop fanatics! They're too busy obsessing over that horrible exscuse to be called music to bother apprciating true art. It's disgusting. What has the world come to?! John Williams' score is a classic. And in my opinion was robbed an Oscar nomination. I'd choose Jurassic Park's score over that damn pop music any day!

  • Damn brings me back to 1993 when I was but a little 7 year boy full of imagination. 1st time I seen it was in theaters on opening night. Damn, I will not forget how much of a impact JP had on my childhood. I literally could not stop thinking about it. Also when it 1st came out on VHS, it felt like the longest wait ever for a movie to be released on home video for me. I couldn't wait. I watched that movie over and over. Even bought the toys and video games.

  • @ContraCommando I know exactly what you mean, I was 5 when I saw it in the theaters and for me it is still one of the greatest movies ive ever seen, i wish they still made movies like this, it really is something special.

  • @ContraCommando 93? Boy that was a great year. We got Animaniacs on TV that year lol

  • @takineko lol yea Animaniacs was sweet also. I used to watch it all the time as a kid.

  • Had chills crawling up my spine at 4:30. Such great times watching these, it was like living the adventure as if it was real.

  • These creatures require our absence to survive, not our help. And if we could only step aside and trust in nature, life will find a way.

  • I think Williams once said something along the lines of "If you notice my music, then I have failed you."

Dude, seriously, how are we supposed to not notice it?

  • @Grammaton485 so true his music is great but i think what he means is he wanted his music to go to the visual on screen witch it dose do that great really when i hear this song i can see the visuals of the movie so they go hand in hand and one dose not over power the other

  • The greatest soundtrack ever made. Jurassic Park will always remain my favorite film. I've listened to John Williams score far to many times. It gives me a feeling of peace and light. I will never stop listening to it. Truly beautiful and brilliant.

  • Simplemente, la mejor.

  • There are no words to describe how I fee aboutthis movie. I love it. I super dooper love it. I know every word to it. Yet I still watch it over ad over again. This soudntrack was the first I looked up for a list of soundtracks, and it willl bethe last I ever listen to XD

  • beautiful <3

  • 0:00 - 0:54

SO MUCH LOVE in this masterpiece !

  • most powerful soundtrack i've ever heard!

  • The ONLY thing I disliked about this film were those two little brats.

I so badly wanted them to get eaten. Other than that, one of the best films ever made!

  • when i was small i always hoped that one day i wud also see a dinosaur out of my window.but that dream never came true.:-(

  • welcome to Jurassic Park

  • goosebumps every time

  • @TheCarjell I'm with you there my friend. He and Steven Spielberg made me fall in love with dinosaurs again and I'm 15 going on 16. May he and this movie last trough time.

  • @MrFrank8675309 agreed my friend. Land Before Time made me fall inlove with dinosaurs, i watched Jurassic Park and my eyes were shining. i would buy any type of book with Dinosaurs in them, i would play a computer game about them (3D dinosaurs) everything was heaven. I'm 18 going on 19 and Dinosaurs will be in my heart forever along with Michael Crichton and Spielberg!

  • @DarkCrystalSage i swear one day science will bring a t rex to life and i will witness my dream this movie made me want to go into paleontology and i still plan to do that as for my story i would always watch this movie and when i would go to a museum where they had a t rex sound i would stand behind the door with caution but still wanted to muster the courage to go inside and see the t rex with my own eyes this was when i was 8

  • @MrFrank8675309 I agree. I am 16 going on 17 and will never forget the first time I watched these movies. I was about 5 and my grandmother let me watch the tape because I loved dinosaurs back then and still do. I now have all three movies in a pack. Best 20 dollars i ever spent.

  • my god this made me have goosebumps every time i listen to this :D

  • Clever girl.

  • Music on an IPOD. NO WAYYYYYYY !!!! :D

  • Everytime i hear this i automatically picture john hammond saying "Welcome... to Jurassic Park"

  • i'm 16 and i have this on my ipod , i regret nothing ....(=

  • like steeping into one of the sweetest dream from childhood... so full of emotions...

  • I have 16 and I love the two fist movies :) This music only make good things come out from my mind, so beutiful!

  • There are no words to describe this music

  • @ener8787 "hold on to your butts"

  • @AzNbOiJayJ I imagine because not many people can relate with others they know about listening to music without words. Even though it's better than most of the stuff out today. I for one feel the same but I listen to it anyway, most of the songs on my ipod are soundtracks :)

  • the ending creeps me out...

  • @TheCarjell Amen. He is the best science fiction writer of the last part of the century.

  • Such a classic piece of music. John Williams put so much feeling into the masterpiece that it can move me to tears. It gives a sense of grandeur, wonder and pride in what we as a species can achieve. We should put this much effort in bringing back animals we hunted into extinction. Almost all of life deserves to live happily and in peace on Earth.

  • oh the memories ;) i can still remember the first time i saw it when i was 6, and i will never forget it.

  • I LOVE IT.

  • EARGASM !

  • Wonderfull! Awesome! I was 7 years old when i saw jurassic park in 1995!! Love the soundtrack! Dinos are great!

  • Whenever I hear this it just truly makes me cry...

  • Clear thumb down! I hate dislikes!

  • Seven people had booked tickets to tour Jurassic Park.

  • Seven people are raptor bait.

  • steven spielburg is a legend!

  • not enough films these days have amazing soundtracks. The only ones I can think of are Spiderman 1 and 2 and Inception, other than that all my favourite soundtracks are from old films like jurassic park, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Back to the future etc.

  • ive always had a personal connection to this movie because it was the major box office hit the year i was born, but my god, the music almost ties with star wars in epicness, especially at 4:29

  • @Bassguitarist712 Hahahaha same!

  • a beautiful music and a such a brutal film

  • This is truly an awesome piece of music. If I was a dinosaur or a dragon, I would have this as my theme song.

    Thanks for sharing this!

  • @BrightFire1439

If I was a dragon I wouldn't need a theme song. I'd be too busy eating people.

  • Say, how do i get just the part at 7:14 to 7:55?

  • @Lance1nf Thats my favorite part, So creepy and eerie, ABOSLUTELY LOVE IT :)

  • Dr. Ian Malcolm: God creates dinosaurs. God destroys dinosaurs. God creates man. Man destroys God. Man creates dinosaurs...

Dr. Ellie Sattler: Dinosaurs eat man. Woman inherits the earth...

  • @PerfectlyFreedom Ha, i love tht part in the movie.

  • who thought there was a real jurassic park back it the 90's when it came out?

  • Wow , so many childhood memories are coming back when i hear that song.

    Simply amazing.

  • they shouldnt have made a 2nd and 3rd to this movie. it would have been way better, had it been just this one. at that, i cried at 2:03

  • @jcacka18 agreed, the JP franchise is a joke thanks to the ridiculous sequels that came after this movie. i just like to pretend this is the only JP movie ;)

  • @entropy44 totally agree. ;)

  • @jcacka18 The first two movies are actually based on books so I don't mind the second part. With the third one I agree with you! It was just made for the money.

  • such a surreal and fantastic soundrack. For me, this made up the whole movie. steven spielberg is a great director too.

  • such a surreal and fantastic soundrack. For me, this made up the whole movie.

  • @nurtester1 so far do not believe it, but right now I saw the trailer for Jurassic Park 4, is called Jurassic Park: Extinction *____*

  • @GiusVibrato That was a fake, circling round the internet for the past few years

  • @nurtester1 Joe johnson, director of JP3 said they are making an entire new trilogy of Jurassic Park Movies. Of course, I'm filled with joy because more JP but sadened because its Joe Johnson directing them

  • Very well done Uncle John... Very well done.

  • Jurassic Park...first movie I ever saw in theaters! I was 4 years old hahah. My parents couldn't find a babysitter so they had no choice but to bring me along! Biggest accomplishment of their parental career!!
