  • This game predicted all that Occupy Wallstreet bullshit. Some of the dialogue sounds like the game dialogue was written yesterday.

  • 4:34 That's one of the best edits I've seen in a video game video.

  • @ZidaneTribal93 IIRC you're the first person to comment on those abrupt cuts, so I can't tell if you're joking. :P

  • @shido534

i'm serious. I'm not saying it's bad if you thought that.

  • @shido534

It really is good, something out of a movie.

  • Hmm forgot about Gunther and went straight up the the terrorist lol. Whoops! Does that mean UNATCO kill him?..o.O

  • @IdaGno If Gunther doesn't kill them, then the UNATCO grunts will. Either way, JC isn't the one who killed them.

  • @shido534

Have you played Deus Ex: Human Revolution yet?

What do you think of it?

  • @NephosVG Pretty good.

  • @shido534 I have no idea what the hell you're talking about

  • Wow that one dude actually made reference to real life secret societies

  • everything the terrorist leader said in this is true, new world order gwaaning

  • just started playing this, was loving it and at the very end when i walk up to my brother he kills me. i think it's a bug

  • The games of today are just "shoot and kill" not "shoot or find another way around it"

  • Quick and swift is you.

  • good work, ima watch the whole fuckin thing. they dont make games like this anymore. you know... games that reward creativity and asymetric problem solving, even non-lethality. its just sad.

  • great walkthrough

    also

"i was in your class, you probably don't remember" *JC nods*

    lol

  • You're one of the best players of this game I've even known about man :) Just one little question: For how long did you played that game?

  • @MrBlack113 Thanks for the compliment. When I made the walkthrough, I had already played the game a few times with various skill and aug sets over the course of a few months.

  • @dxtwo @TheOpenMinded12460 Maybe there could be a remake for both games!

  • @TheOpenminded12460 Given the relatively poor reception for the sequel, I doubt the possibility of a remake for Invisible War.

  • at @5:50, where there are boxes to your left, if you turn left and go towards the boxes on a park bench there is a lockpick

  • Would you recommend buying a scope from that soldier out front? I hear it goes great with the crossbow.

  • @bombadecasa I'd recommend finding the scope in UNATCO instead.

  • whoa whoa whoa, i never talked to that NSF commander b4. right after the unatco troop went in to take over, i just left him!

  • @hikari2905 In Deus Ex, it's worth trying to talk to any human NPC that doesn't attack you on sight.

  • i didn't kill a single nsf, yet Paul still say to me that i killd e alot of peole. i don't get it...

i have to stun every NSF unit or just speedrun to the top and don't care if they're killed by the unatco soldiers?

  • @MasterAlucard84 Sometimes you get unlucky, but to reduce the chance of having a lot of dead NSF members, you could rescue Gunther as late as possible and deny him a weapon.

  • "You can't fight ideas with bullets"

    Tell that to the Iranians...

  • I love how every single NSF militant is a philosopher who will happily discuss politics, oblivious to the fact that the island they've taken over is surrounded by combat police.

Also, I love how the headquarters for said combat police is on the very same island that they've chosen to invade for no reason (the island itself being tactically unimportant, and if anything, a hindrance to the mobility of those stationed on it).

  • "It's my first day too, I'm pretty excited." LOL!!

  • 2:07 NSF commander: YA Verily

*unsheathes knives and pulls off karate gimmicks*

  • You missed a lockpick on one of the benches near the bunker with the forklift

  • great walkthru. you're like a gaming silent ninja in these videos.

  • hopefully dx3 will be as good as dx1, its the only game im waiting for.

  • @4:14 Michael Bay would be proud of you lol

  • you forgot to raid the bank account

  • that NSF commander said a lot of good things..

  • This first level was almost a game in it self.long long

  • The very first time playing. Once I heard that the NSF Leader wants to give the cure to the common people instead of just government officials, the wealthy, the industry and military leaders, I knew I was on the wrong side.

This could be true if the future does get this desperate.

I also knew I was on the wrong side based on all the things he says and just by how Navarre and Hermann were so obsessed with exterminating them.

  • 'You can't fight BULLETS with IDEAS.'

Best vid ever! (click the 'ORLY?' annotation @ 2:07)

  • I love how they have poor sight and you are the one wearing sunglasses.

  • Nicely done, thanks for posting.

I never tried the non-lethal approach... makes me wanna play it again.

Trying not to get my hopes up for DX3, I heard recently that there will be no 'weapon skills points'... FAIL already.

    Anyhow, thanks for posting.

  • i so agree with meat cloud!

    thx for posting. great job.

wanna play game again too. awsome!

DX2 was absolute fail. Im smart enough not to expect too much of DX3 so that im not disappointed.

    ^^

  • Anyone looked up any of the "facts" stated in this game?

  • Definitely factual, with some fiction mixed in. The statue bombing is the WTC attack, a "false flag" terrorist attack, designed to remove freedoms and privacy from US citizens. Read up on: Freemasons, Denver International Airport, Georgia Guidestones, and the names mentioned in this game (Rockefellers, Rothschilds), FEMA death camps, Bohemian Grove... there's lots more. JFK's last speech sums it all up: the US is run by secret societies.

  • @arudson While Deus Ex has a cult following, I imagine most of the people write off the story as crackpot fantasy. Wake up people.

  • lol @ nodding in 7:32

nice video, pity theyre a bit dark but hey ho :)

  • In the PC version of the game, I find it funny how UNATCO allowed JC Denton the ability to augment himself up to the eyeballs.Yet they didn't think it necessary to grace him with a neck. What does he do, inject liquified meals directly into his blood stream or something!

  • I think his neck is covered by his coat.

  • why don't you never use the torch in dark areas? Nice walthrough anyways!

  • Never using the torch might cause some confusion in the dark areas.

  • I actually laughed really loud at the nod bit at the end XD

  • Shouldn't you have knocked out every NSF troop on the island before getting to the commander? Otherwise they'll end up dead anyway. Or is it only that YOU don't kill anyone?

  • It's nonlethal in that no humans die by my hands (except for those who are intended to). If I wanted to keep as many people alive as possible, then I think that would be kind of boring to watch, and it's debatable whether or not the NSF prisoners would get executed by MJ12 anyway.

  • @Die1101 What your allies kill doesn't have any affect on your kill count.

  • its so crazy how these agencies actually exist in america. trilateral, fema, unatco

  • Other than UNATCO, yes, I think that's what the writers were going for in order to make the story more realistic.

  • Best game ever made.

  • Hahaha! "I was in your class at the academy, you probably don't remember"

    *Nods*

    =D

  • I've found a useful trick when trying to play non-lethal. The fire extinguishers can be used a lot like pepper spray and their tends to be a lot of them laying around. Unfortunately since they are one use only and don't stack so they eat up inventory space but if you are going non-lethal you probably will have enough space anyway. I personally like using them since it conserves pepper spray.

  • There's a way how to avoid spending points on the lockpicking and multitool skills; just take the tool, click and then pause (doesn't matter how) the game for as long as it may take to actually unlock the system, door or whatever. It's a helpful bug though.

  • He says he doesn't want to exploit any bugs though.

  • Why did you toss the magsize-up? I know the minicrossbow doesn't accept it, but I thought that the GEP gun does.

  • No, the clip mod doesn't work with the GEP gun.

  • forgive my ignorance, but what does IMO mean?

  • "In my opinion."

  • thanks.
