I went through the exact same thing. I played practically every sport my whole life and then towards the end of high school i gained a lot of weight. i hated taking pictures and i hated my boobs! i was always the one to say that i wish i had big boobs, but once i actually got them i couldnt see how anyone would want to deal with them. anyways, i am currently on my journey to lose weight and i applaud you for talking about it. it gives me motivation! keep doing what your doing :)

I have some of the worst eating habits. I have a fast metabolism so I've never really gained weight, but it is catching up to me. The ice cream thing reminded me of something I went through about a week ago. Bad eating habits- decided to eat like half a gallon of ice cream then go play basketball later on that day. Played 3ish hours. Felt tired as soon as I got there(should of been a red flag), played anyway, almost passed out during the drive home, threw up later that night. Wasn't fun.
