    Not entirely sure, most roads I believe you need to be street legal, but there a lot of trails up there - do you live close?

  • San Diego - Hwy 94 East - Otay Lakes Road - Thousand Trails Campground - Service road to top of Otay Mountain - accessed by border patrol as well

    Let me know if you want to take a ride up - I can show you around

    Dual purpose for sure (no road bikes - no dirt bikes)
