By the way, English fox hunters don't put cigar case (single tube) in their handkerchief pocket. Many carry a small hunting bag, where liquor and tobacco are organized, a small ammunition bag (Brady/Holland&Holland style), and hide bag. U enjoy dressing up so you should be more historically accurate.
