Oh man, Roxas Blvd. Metro Manila International Marathon and Filipinas Third world is what comes to mind right away. This is the route for the race. And I've done 3 of them. It is even beautiful now. Do they still close one side of Roxas Blvd on Early morning sundays for the Runners and exercisers?
the philippines will definitely be a 1st world country if only it has its OWN engineering and manufacturing industry to give its people jobs at home and not outsource them
it would be a beautiful economic powerhouse if the govt officials cared more about the welfare of the people & not let foreign companies dictate our economic decisions.
