Here's what I'm confused about: When he switches from high pressure to low pressure, condensation occurs, but if you look at a phase diagram for water or ethanol, the liquid phase is ABOVE the gas phase, meaning a pressurized gas should become a liquid, not the other way around. Can anyone enlighten me?

@RuachoM Probably does work with water, but alcohol vaporizes faster, so the effect is probably better

I get that it's meant to be more advanced, but most times the original way fails because people do it wrong. I just finish a water bottle, close it tight, and twist (not squeeze) until it's no longer physically possible. Then, uncap it, and for me at least (thoughI'm strong) it works perfectly.

steve i do the same thing but i have a different technique. i dont have a pump so i made up a method of my own it works really good.

if you want to do it you will need, alcohol,vinegar (applesider works better),and baking soda.the same thing happens.
