Not fascist. Conservative. Bush has been a major disappointment to me and most of my friends. The republican party has moved to being more liberal. Bush spends like a democrat. The problem is there are no good candidates in either party. The best and smartest people in this country dont run for pres or even get into politics. Democrats, you just cant vote for them. way too much spending, taxing, and social handouts. See: Welfare for illeagal immigrants. Repubs at least tried to stop that.

If you can't take an ass chewing when you F&ck up then you will not go far. I would rather have someone who lets you know where you stand than someone who pretends its all good and stabs you in the back and fires you. That is creepier IMO and more stifling of opinions. A little fear of a butt chewing is not going to stop an advisor of stating opinions but fear of getting fired will.

This old fucker has been sucking the government's tit his whole life (as a Senator and as a military man) and has always had it made, yet he wants to complain about "big government." He's never had to be accountable to anybody for anything, and, as this incident shows, he doesn't know how to treat people with respect.

I agree. I think that may be a biproduct of Sen. McCain's military background, but I think McCain needs to realize he's dealing with civilians, and what is an acceptable response in the military world is not acceptable when dealing with world leaders. Although personally I don't know if he'd be dumb enough to cuss some leader out, but you never know.

Actually in his biography which he co-wrote he confesses to having had anger problems from the time he was a toddler.

This uncontrollable anger has always been a part of who he is.
